AI Chatbot for Fitness Studio - Automatic Bookings & Reminders

Save 15 hours per week on administration. Intelligent chatbot handles bookings, reminders, and inquiries automatically.

The Fitness Studio Challenge

The reception was overwhelmed with bookings, questions about classes, schedule changes, and unexpected cancellations. Members want to book classes quickly and conveniently – often late at night or early in the morning when no one is available.

This Prague fitness studio was losing bookings because people didn't have the patience to wait for a response. Staff spent hours on administration instead of focusing on members.
